You're never fully DRESSED without a smile :o)

Randomly when I was looking for "politically savvy" tees on www.urbanoutfitters.com when I happened to run into these fab lil summer dresses! Now I like Urban...but is it just me that they either have "super-boho, homeless people" goods for lets say the Olsens or "very off-beat trendy" stuff for let's say Kate Moss .. I almost never see anything for the "in betweeners" like myself..until today.... dresses that will take you from the office -- straight to happy hour!
