KIM KARDASHIAN was spotted leaving The Ivy in LA in a vest from TARGET -- largely, insanely inspired by BALMAIN Spring 09 collection .... gotta love the budget chicness of it all....

What target line is this from? I swore the vest was 3.1 phillip lim.
Nope! It's from the GO Collection..avail in stores..and theres a couple left on the net...it's inspired by Spring 09 Balmain..which is TO DIE FOR!!!
